Relability Data for HP Physical Layer Integrated Circuits

Notes:

This data sheet explicitly covers the standard TTL G-Link chipset HDMP-1022/24. Reliability tests for the newer low power G-Link are still in progress. The following points allow comparisons to be drawn in the meantime:

Package: 64 pin QFP. Same as HDMP-1536/46, 1536A/46A, 1636/46 and HDMP-0451.
Gate array design similar to HDMP-1022/24.
IC process same for all parts. HP25 process. Bipolar 25GHz.
