csh and zsh files

• st.run - stage in an exabyte as a batch job in express queue
• stalig.run - perform the alignment on tape or disk DST.
• stripjob_st.run - run the raw data processing code on an exabyte
• st_exa.csh - (low level) stage in an exabyte of testbeam data
• st_3480.csh - (low level) Stage in a DST tape
• strpjob.make - compile the raw data processing code
• stalig.make - compile the alignment code

st.run tape [fseq]

and then run using

stripjob_st.run tape [fseq] [numevt] [op_tape] [op_fseq]

The first job runs in the express queue and does not hold up the long queue waiting for a tape stage. The second job also performs a stage, but should not need to wait.

exe files

• strpjob.exe - The raw data processing code.
• stalig.exe - The alignment code.
