Running TOSCA in the NGS appears to be feasible. The shorter spill
and longer target-detector distance do not result in any
insurmountable problems. The sensitivity in 
at high
would be reduced marginally while at low
it would be improved.
However, while it is evident that running TOSCA in the WANF would cause no infrastructure, logistic or civil engineering problems, these points would become a major issue if the experiment were to run in the NGS.
