The inclusive branching ratio for the process b->tau nu_tau X has been measured using hadronic Z decays collected by the OPAL experiment in the years 1992-2000 at LEP. This measurement is consistent with the Standard Model expectation and puts a constraint on tan(beta)/M_H+- for all Type II two Higgs doublet models such as the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model.
