The effects of the hypothetical final state interaction phenomenon known as colour reconnection are investigated at centre of mass energies between 189 and 208 GeV using the OPAL detector at LEP. Measurements of the distribution of charged particles, relative to the four jet structure in hadronic decays of W+W- events, are used to test models of colour reconnection. The joint effect of the larger data sample and improvements of the analysis lead to a significant enhancement in sensitivity relative to earlier OPAL studies.
