Extensions of the Standard Model predict the existence of a Higgs boson which does not couple to fermions. A search for such a Higgs Boson decaying into W boson pairs is presented based on data collected by the OPAL experiment at LEP at centre-of-mass energies of 189 - 209 GeV. No evidence for a signal was found. A limit on the mass the fermiophobic Higgs boson is presented at 95% confidence level assuming that it is produced with Standard Model production cross-section and decays exclusively to electroweak boson pairs.
