The triple gauge boson couplings $\kappa_{\gamma}$, $g_1^z$, $\lambda_{\gamma}$ and $g_5^z$ are measured from different W$^+$W$^-$ decay channels recorded by the OPAL detector at LEP centre-of-mass energies between 183-208 GeV with a total integrated luminosity of 682 pb$^{-1}$. Total event rates are used as well as angular distributions, which are analysed using mean optimal observables. The results are combined with existing results from We$\nu$ and $\nu\bar{\nu}\gamma$ processes.
