OPAL data collected at LEP2 energies of $\sqrt{s}=$189--209\,GeV, corresponding to a total integrated luminosity of 615 pb$^{-1}$, were analysed for possible signals of charged Higgs bosons predicted by Two Higgs Doublet extensions of the Standard Model. The charged Higgs bosons were assumed to be pair-produced in electron-positron collisions and to decay into $\rm q\bar{q}^\prime$ , $\tau\nu_{\tau}$ or $\rm AW^*$. No signal has been observed, and mass and branching ratio limits were calculated both assuming BR($\rm H^{\pm}\rightarrow q\bar{q})$ +BR($\rm H^{\pm}\rightarrow \tau \nu_{\tau})$=1 and including the decay $\rm H^{\pm}\rightarrow AW^*$.
