In the framework of the MSSM, CP violating phases can be introduced in the sector of the soft SUSY-breaking trilinear boson coupling terms. These influence the neutral Higgs sector of the theory via first order loop corrections to the otherwise CP invariant Higgs potential. In such a model all three mass eigenstates of the neutral Higgs bosons are linear combinations of the CP even and CP odd states and they can all couple to the $\mathrm{Z}^0$ via Higgsstrahlung, thereby reducing the individual couplings. A re-interpretation of all OPAL neutral Higgs searches performed from $\sqrt{s}=$91--209\,GeV within a CP violating benchmark scenario is presented. All production and decay channels of the lightest ($\mathrm{H}_1$) and the next-to-lightest ($\mathrm{H}_2$) neutral Higgs mass eigenstate have been taken into account.
