We present a preliminary measurement of the mass of the W boson by direct reconstruction, using approximately 217\,pb$^{-1}$ of data collected by OPAL in 1999 at centre-of-mass energies from 192 to 202~GeV. Using a fit to the distribution of W mass reconstructed in events of the type $\rm W^+W^-\rightarrow q\bar{q}q\bar{q}$ and $\rm W^+W^-\rightarrow q\bar{q}\ell\nu$, we obtain \[ M_{\rm W} = 80.523 \pm 0.073 \pm 0.042 \;\mathrm{GeV} \] where the first error is statistical, the second systematic. Combining this result with previous OPAL measurements at centre-of-mass energies 161 to 189~GeV we find \[ M_{\rm W} = 80.485 \pm 0.052 \pm 0.039 \;\mathrm{GeV}\,. \]
