A search was performed in $\mathrm{e}^+\mathrm{e}^-$ collisions for charginos with masses close to the lightest neutralino mass. Events were selected if they had a high-energy photon from initial state radiation, reducing the dominant two-photon background to a negligible level. No significant excess over Standard Model expectations has been observed. Lower limits were derived on the chargino pair-production cross-section, and upper limits on the chargino mass were derived in the context of the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model.
