The electroweak couplings of up- and down-type quarks have been measured using the entire OPAL $\rm Z^0$ hadronic decay sample. $\rm Z\rightarrow q\bar{q}\gamma$ decays were selected by tagging multihadronic final states with an isolated photon candidates in the electromagnetic calorimeter. By this selection a subsample was extracted which is enriched in up-type quarks. Combining the measured rates of $\rm Z\rightarrow q\bar{q}\gamma$ decays with the total rate of hadronic $\rm Z^0$~decays permits the simultaneous determination of the electroweak couplings of up- and down-type quarks. The obtained values for the couplings are in good agreement with the Standard Model.
