A preliminary determination of the LEP beam energy using ``radiative return'' fermion-pair events recorded at centre-of-mass energies from 183 to 209~GeV is here updated by the inclusion of hadronic events at 183~GeV. The beam energy obtained from the OPAL data is lower than that obtained from the LEP calibration by $$\Delta E_{\mathrm{b}} = - 31\pm40(\mathrm{stat.})\pm36(\mathrm{syst.}) ~\mathrm{MeV}.$$ Including the additional 20~MeV uncertainty in the LEP beam energy determination, the OPAL and LEP values agree to within 0.5 standard deviations.
