Search for Single Top-Quark Production in e+e- Collisions with root(s) = 189 GeV at LEP The high luminosity delivered by LEP after the increase of the electron-positron collison energy means that LEP2 is now providing substantial data samples with which to make searches for new phenomena. Based on the analysis of about 175 inverse picobarns of data recorded at a centre-of-mass energy of 189 GeV with the OPAL detector, a search for single top-quark production via flavour changing neutral current has been performed. Limits on the production cross-section is set. Parallel session :11 Plenary session :7a
