Recipe for external collaborators to get write access to WLCG TWiki pages

1. Get a lightweight account:
   • https://account.cern.ch/account/Externals/
2. Subscribe to the e-group wlcg-external (paste that name, click Search, click Subscribe):
   • https://e-groups.cern.ch/e-groups/EgroupsSearchForm.do
3. Wait for the subscription to be approved by the e-group admins.
4. Log in again with your lightweight account (you may need to log out first)
   and you may already be able to edit WLCG TWiki pages. If not:
5. Try again the next day, when the nightly e-group synchronization jobs have run.
