Offline hot channel map

• Cell firing frequency counting:
  • Left plot from top to bottom: cell firing frequency counts with energy cut 0 MeV, 100 MeV, 300 MeV
  • Right plot from top to bottom: zoom-in of the left plot between cell Id 4500-5500. This plot is used to illustrate the oscillating structure.
    

• Cell firing frequency distribution: this plot is filled with the bin contents of the plots above.
  • Left plot from top to bottom: cell firing frequency distribution with energy cut 0 MeV, 100 MeV, 300 MeV
  • Right plot from top to bottom: zoom-in of the left plot, and the second small bump comes from the oscillating structure.
    

• Distribution of |f-mu|/sigma, here f stands for the firing frequency counts of each cell and mu, sigma are the mean and standard deviation of the cell firing frequency distribution. The cut for hot channel is |f-mu|/sigma > 5.
  • E > 0MeV -> 122 hot channels
  • E > 100MeV -> 9 hot channels -> 74, 103, 152, 1595, 2540, 3135, 6481, 7371, 9769 (The list will be used in my analysis)
  • E > 300MeV -> 1 hot channel -> 103
