1. --high priority alert --

analyses that are close to completion please make sure you let us know that you need referees. there is a 30-day notice time for the approval to find referees (the usual 10 days for the analysis note to be frozen before the physics meeting approval). It is better to find the referees even a bit earlier. We have a list of analyses that we assess mature to ask for referees very soon and only one author who responded to the same call we send for before the Oct 7 SUSYBSM meeting. Why this is important - if there is a critical number of analyses that request approval an approval physics meeting will be called by Paris. If there is such a critical number of analyses but they neglect/forget to ask for approval (30 days ahead, referees, 10 days, note), then there is a chance that the approval meeting will be called later, or will be already filled, or referees are not available, and in all cases you then have to wait.

2. we have two SUSYBSM hours in the CPT week on Monday afternoon Oct 31 ; let us know if you will present.

3. your 3-pages letter-version of the analysis for the PTDR should be in already (Luc's deadline, Oct 14). If not-- please put them in your afs public as soon as possible and send us the path. We really need to pass them to the Vol II editors before October 24 which is approaching very fast. The more you delay the less time we have to edit, the higher the probability that there will be clashes of definitions, figures etc (please do read the instructions, authors guide, and our slides on PTDR from the last SUSYBSM meetings) Check how your contibution appears in the Vol. II document compiled as of yesterday (updated for contributions received as of yesterday noon) in http://cmsdoc.cern.ch/~cms-bsm/ptdr/ptdr2_Oct14.pdf in the same listing you will find the definitions and the susybsm.bib file for your reference.

4. For your calendar : Oct 31 CPT week begins, Nov 18 SUSYBSM meeting Dec 5 CMS Week Dec xx - tentative we plan another meeting for SUSYBSM blessings and AOB before 2006
