PVSS Project on alidcscom185

• PVSS project: lhc_instrumentation (todo: runs as a service as user cern/dcssys)
• System number 208

    c:\programs\pvss\bin\pvsstoolSyncTypes.exe -proj lhc_instrumentation -system 208 lhc_instrumentation

Installing as a service:

   cd c:\programs\etm\pvss\bin
   PVSS00pmon -install
   PVSS00pmon -set d:\PVSS_Projects\lhc_instrumentation\config\config 1
   net start PVSS00pmon
 (in Services, configure the logon properties)
 

• DIM services:
  • DIM DNS server running on alidcscom060.cern.ch (to be changed soon)
