There is an alarm!

The alarm system shows a GB Warning, and the BPTX black monitor has a Wrong Bunch Warning led RED

  • First, check if the CTP CLOCK is LOCAL
    • the CTP clock can be seen in the BPTX panel, on the lower left part
  • if the clock is LOCAL, then this is the problem: ask the DAQ/CTP shifter to change it to BEAM if possible
  • if the clock is already BEAM, than try to reset the Intensity FIFO

Wait a few minutes after reset to see if the problem is confirmed

  • if the Wrong Bunch Warning is still red contact the BPTX experts and they will confirm if the warning is real or if it is due to wrong settings
