  • Made a 3_1_1 work area (/uscms/home/aharel/CMSSW_3_1_1/src) following Sal's instructions in CMS/SWGuidePATRecipes
    • job output directory: /uscms_data/d2/aharel
  • Tried cmsRun PhysicsTools/PatAlgos/test/patLayer1_fromAOD_sisCone_full_cfg.py --> pat.log --> works
    • added debug prints in PATJetProducer.cc
  • Updated my software to work in CMSSW_3 (minor changes: cleaned up BuildFile, no more Jet::physicsEta, deltar has a new location, print out HO warnings) and run it with tr1.py and tr2.py --> works
  • Put the together in pat_jet_ID_test.pt --> pat_jet_ID_test.log --> works
    • jet ID vars look good
    • restricted EMF looks OK in forward region
    • HO hits are not common, but found one after the 1st 10 events (pat_more.py --> pat_more.log)
