Is a good example of how to conduct a series of interview and qualitative research. a few interesting citations on values , culture and knowledge management (KM). Article was more focused on the KM than the cultural aspects, and the cultural aspects emphasized in the article are not of our major concern. No critical read, but there are some interesting parts referring to how knowledge management can improve innovation, communications and give non-financial incentives to participate, i.e. more disclosures perhaps.

some exempts *KM to communicate, store transfer and create intellectual property *debates: culture does not only appear, but can be strategically formed and managed *description of case study methods *"expert" status and similar in areas create intrinsic motivation.
