AtlasHLT-2.0.3-LST-1

Trial build for Large Scale Tests. Based on a trial build of the offline 12.0.3-LST-1 and on tdaq-01-06-02. It is expected to converge to 2.0.3-LST when the releases are closed in the tag collector. This release is based on the rel_5 nightlies of offline and HLT as of 10th November. The release is not closed in the tag collector thus unknown to tools which use TC.
