The Beginning of Fragment word b0f0000 is corrupted (seems to be for slave 2 only). No dependence on Formatter or EFB was found: (0:2, 0:1, 0:3, 7:0, 6:0, 6:2, 6:3 OK 0:0, 7:1, 6:1 have this problem!)
