• Removed from USA15 on 13 March 2007 due to error in sending events to S-link. Replaced by S/N 045.
• Sent to LBNL for repair on 4 May 2007.
• Sent back to CERN on 25 May 2007 - failed U49 buffer chip replaced.
• Acceptance tests redone on 6 June 2007.
• Somehow was at Cambridge. Shipped to CERN July 2022.
