Now this is no problem if there is only one collection in the pool file (as in ESD or evgen file). But if you have 2 collections there (as !GEN_AOD and !TruthEvent in an AOD on which you want to run atlfast again) then that is a problem because it hardcoded wants to look for !GEN_EVENT ...
