Pat is back and kicking!! Congrats. DeepJet paper has been developed with full CMS MC. 4 authors in the list for now. Asked for opinions. Pat is shocked this happened. Ppl in general not in favor. Similfellow will have to pay taxes if they live in France.

AZ: anybody tried to run on external files (outside Legnaro) w/ lsf? FF was able to do that. FF: VM w/ centos: we have to change the mountpoint for lustre.

B physics

CWR after Alberto's seminar Combination: the Atlas measurement is 4-5sigma from LHCb-CMS. 5 amplitudes and 5 phases, decay mass idths, differences, etc. 12 parameters in total. LArge discrepancy in DeltaGamma is visible. The combination might be put on hold. LHCp is going to be help, online. Enrico will be presenting. Discussed w/ tommaso and Evjin. work on B_s->tautau (semileptonic final state). Using ML algo.

Heavy New Physics

Meeting with Matteo and Valentina. In the editing phase of the note. solved all the pb on background estimate.

VBS

Progress. Meeting Friday w/ the Italian ppl. Joining forces w/ Milan.

WH_SS

SY: last week presentation. Integrating the changes. New working point presentation. there is a pb with the ntuples that have a preselection. there willl be a new skim. Combination of all the leptonic channels in HH group. AZ: trying to read external files in Legnaro, will allow to process big external samples w/ the CPU available in Legnaro.
