RL procedure: Dario Bisello e' il decano, e' stato contattato e gli si deve inviare la procedura da seguire

Spokeperson nomination : 35 candidates (25 got just 1 vote, the rest got more). By Dec 8th (during the CMS week) the final list should be defined. Starting from Jan 2022 there will be regular meetings for candidates presentations. The election will be in Feb 2022 (PI has 4 votes, the other authors 1 vote).

Search committee next Monday for the Deputy Upgrade Coordinator (Tommaso Boccali successor).

Sector 23 needs to be warm up (issues w/ the beampipe) and this might bring a 1 (or 2) month(s) delay to the start of the Run3, more news at the end of this week.

LS3 schedule (both start and length) will be presented by Fabiola in March 2022.

the test on the muons crossing the detector w/ larger angle shows a slight degradation of the performance, which might be cured by a dedicated training (more stat is needed)

publication w/ Run1 opendata can be "easily" done, since CMS is not interested in having a new cross section paper w/ the same dataset

we will meet Edoardo and prof. Mancini on Friday about the new precise thermal measurement
Roberto and Massimo tested the new cooling plates and the thermal paste, and the thermal camera test will be made in order to check the thermal contact
the TEC analysis is restarting after the calibration campaign of the PT1000
the electronic setup will be checked w/ Roberto on Thursday early morning

the new MUON RA needs to be identified and the choice will be made in the next weeks
about longevity: detector note (by Ignacio) w/ the results of the longevity studies.

D* analysis done by DESY group shows nice resonance using the test beam data
