Tracker/tracking

+Mia: new bachelor undergraduate student in Padova will be involved in work on tracker. +Enrico: issue with a hall in layer 3 and 4 phi~-1: implementing the recovery like in 2017. Main issue is the timing. Recovery will be implemented on GPU. We should live with this hall in 2024 (no possible to HW fix it during the shutdown). Opening calls for tracker shifters.
