Dear CSC Collaborators,

 Attached you will find 2 files:

shifts_7_10-9_10.txt - which is the CSC institutional shifts assignments 
for the 10-week period July 13 - September 20, 2010.

stats_6_10.txt - which explains how the shifts were assigned, including 
each institution's personnel list.

As explained in the second file, we recently decided to eliminate the day 
shifts starting on July 13.  We will see how this goes over the following 
10-week period.  (That is why this time I didn't assign shifts for the 
usual 17-week period.)  There is the possibility of eliminating more and 
even all of the CSC shifts after that period.

If you have any questions, suggestions or complaints about the shift 
assignments, please let me know.

• make sure FNAL shifts are covered by one of the guys on the list
• make sure the list reflects the people involved (with Tom Ferguson)
  • remove Fred
  • remove Eric (in case he is not there)
