Development of start/stop transition test for HLT nightly build releases.

basic instruction to run the tests on ReleaseAtlasPiHTL : * login into any of the pcatr test machines for example: [pcatr14]

* source cmthome/setup.sh with the following tags : * /testarea > source ~/cmthome/setup.sh -tag=AtlasP1HLT,15.6.X.Y,rel_3,32,opt,runtime,oneTest

After checking out the package Trigger/TrigValidation/TrigP1Test/

run test AllMT_cosmics_run_stop_run :

* /testarea> trigtest.pl --test AllMT_cosmic_run_stop_run --conf Trigger/TrigValidation/TrigP1Test/Testing/TrigP1Test.conf --rundir AllMT_cosmic_run_stop_run_test##

run test AllMT_iniBeam_run_stop_run :

* /testarea> trigtest.pl --test AllMT_iniBeam_run_stop_run --conf Trigger/TrigValidation/TrigP1Test/Testing/TrigP1Test.conf --rundir AllMT_iniBeam_run_stop_run_test##
