Specific points for discussion

  1. We consider Session-server as a possible client of HepML. So generally, server software should be able to create a HepML file with init information and translate it to a specific natve format.
  2. In some sense, the server can be considered as a Web-interface for MC generator, with one important exception. The server is not intended to have possibility to launch codes on-line. It prepares init files only, and they can be downloaded to a local machine. it drastically simplifies the conception
  3. Now the project has two groups which can be interested in it and can invest/adopt already prepare code. This is CEDAR and MCDB.
