And since we continue not knowing how to create the dictionary of dictionaries with keys repeated, we also try a dictionary of pair, wich manage "DetId" and "pairNumber" of the module as a unit

and returns the value asked by the user (as "FedId", "FedCh", "FeChan", "APV0",etc). The script is attached together with the txt file.
