General:

• fill the time sheets on time (it takes very little time)

• record all your worked hours as FUNDED (then, funded = total, total + total absence = overall total)

• use the EGI template for all presentations and MOST DEFINITELY for any public ones (There is also a document template and I think a poster one too.)

• Please remember to add a line per week to the reporting page https://espace.cern.ch/it-es/reporting/Lists/Weekly%20Reports/AllItems.aspx describing your main areas of work in the previous week (yes, one line really is enough) plus another bullet or two if you have e.g. made a presentation to a relevant meeting / conference.

HUC = heavy user communities

MS = milestone

PM = project month

Reports definition

Quarterly reports

Every 3 month a report of the activity. Everyone needs to prepare some text describing what he/she has done with respect to the project goals.
