Setting to run with towers for sFCal samples:



source setup.sh
localSetupDQ2Client
localSetupPandaClient
source rcSetup.sh -u --> is going to build a ROOTCore directory
rcsetup Base,2.4.5
voms-proxy-init -voms atlas

Code has implemented PU subtraction on the basis of towers, also some fastJet code is on the places (but commented).

Code has possibilities to save ntuple and run it locally (recompile.sh script) and on the grid (recompile_grid.sh script)

To send to the grid or with example in the sendToGrid.sh script, or you need to provide the file with list of parameters.

Locally results will appear in submitDir and ntuple in the directory - submitDir/data-MyAnalysisOutput

Code has also Q/G label accessible and delta R matching.
