EXO Conference good practice and material

We assume the speakers are constantly updated about the most recent EXO activities and incoming results. Specifically we remind you that all the approvals happen either in EXO general meetings or in WGM/ad hoc marathon general meetings. If you have been selected for a conference in the near future, we encourage you to closely follow the EXO Pub Talks and do not miss important meetings.

The list of preliminary EXO results is available here[0], while the list of published EXO results is here[1]. From the former link you can also access the recently released DPS note about Run 3 LLP trigger results[2] and EXO-related DPSs in general and the most recent EXO summary plots[3]. In addition we have now created a this twiki to collect all the highlights slides from each new EXO released analysis. Please find the table below. This twiki, visible only to CMS members, is linked in the main EXO twiki[4]. To further help you in the process of talk preparation, we are constantly updating the CINCO talk bibliography.

You are usually invited to upload the draft of your talk on CINCO well before the conference is approaching. We kindly remind you that if the talk is shared with other experiments, you should put placeholder slides for the analyses not yet approved/released. We generally organize rehearsals for the major conferences but we will be happy to accommodate any kind of practice talk upon request. We remind you that Amitabh Lath (lath@physicsNOSPAMPLEASE.rutgers.edu) is our EXO conference contact and should be kept in cc in any communication.

Finally, we strongly encourage you to also check at least the B2G, SUS and HIG corresponding pages and to reach out to us if you do not find the answers you are looking for in the above documentation.
