Event generation jobOption

* Z+b, Z->ll: jobOptions.pythia.Zbjet.py.txt

Run Pythia

First, if needed (at LPSC for example) install Pythia_i package. Get current version of package:

cmt show versions Generators/Pythia_i
--> Generators/Pythia_i Pythia_i-00-01-98 /afs/cern.ch/atlas/software/releases/14.2.21/AtlasSimulation/14.2.21
cmt co -r Pythia_i-00-01-98 Generators/Pythia_i

go to /cmt directory, source setup.sh and gmake. Then go to /share and run pythia:

athena.py jobOptions.pythia.Zbjet.py >& log_pythia

AOD production with Atlfast I

Get and modify jobOptions according to these instructions.

athena.py  POOLtoAtlfasttoAOD.py > log_athena_fast
