HLT-02-00-02 Release Notes

• HLT-02-00-02 is an update for large scale tests. The most important difference with respect to the previous version is that the offline dependency on tdaq-01-01-00 is overriden and this release uses tdaq-01-02-00. Werner has also added timing information to the output of PSC.

• The package HLTRelease no longer contains the runtime and testing infrastructure for HLT. This has been moved to a new package called HLTTesting. HLTRelease serves just as a container of HLT packages and it is used during the build and kit creation.

• HLTTesting has run_hlt_testsuite.sh which can be used to validate the installation.

• Minor fixes to scripts in TrigCommon
