The instructions to connect an H323 conference room are in the link. It should be exercised before the meeting as a test.

Other stuff:

• Users have reported success with "always use VidyoProxy" (look under configuration menu -> Network). Previously I had problems with MacBooks and iPhones getting disconnected immediately after joining meetings.
• The Client is clearly garbage. This link contains information on using ESNET to connect.
