Remove HTML tag stripping in Description Field

What

Request coming from a question from Nicole Cremel in this ticket.

Any formatting in the first Additional Comments is lost when it is copied to create the long Description of the ticket.

How

This happens for historical reasons:

• the Description content is created by copying the first Additional Comments entry.
• the Description field was originally editable.
• as it was editable, HTML tags were appearing without being interpreted.
• the Description field is not editable anymore now.
• thus, the HTML tags don't need to be stripped anymore.
