Installing the selected release

Here we assume that both pacman and the gcc compiler are properly setup

We also asume that some proper directory structure has been setup to receive this selected release

> cd /somewhere/AtlasReleases/${release}
> echo y | pacman -trust-all-caches -get ATLAS:${release}/AtlasRelease-opt
