HO signal for run 67647

Pre-history of the HO calibration with muons

HO is calibrated with cosmic muons from CRUZET 1 and 2. Scale for MIP is set at 0.895
GeV/MIP for Ring 0 and 0.812
GeV/MIP for the other Rings. - defined as MV from the landau fit
Muons are propagated to HO trays by using SA muons from DTs. Geometry of the HO trays is hard-coded in the Producer.
Calibration constants have been delivered at the beginning of August 08 (Gobinda).
Later in August the position (R) of HO scintillator is adjusted:
- L0 (ring 0) : 394.5 -> 382.0cm
- L1 (all rings ) : 405.757 -> 407.0 cm
Statistics
Statistics per channel is limited to 1000 events in order to reduce the time for fitting (unbined fit - CPU intensive)

"For no filed, gain plot looks like
Gain = 0.243*(HV-3.893), where HV is
KeV.
So, we have no gain below 3.89 Volt and slop is 0.24 volt."
Rings 2,1,-1,-2 are set to 6.5 kV.Expected reduction in the gain w.r.t 8kv is calculated is:
0.243*(6.5-3.893) = 0.6335
For rings 2,1,-1,-2 is expected 0.812*0.6335 = 0.514
