Setup INDICO site

Go to this INDICO site and "Cretae" a new meting.

Or, clone an existing meeting

Go to a previous meeting page, for example this one, and "Manage" -> "Clone event".
Change date etc. and save it.

Set up SeeVough meeting

Start up SeeVough with "SeeVoghRN.jnlp" and crick on calender icon.
Or, go to SeeVough User Guide and follow the instruction.
After booking add the information to the INDICO page.
