I think that I have been using crab wrong. I may be wrong but I think that crab automatically downloads files. Then you just check if it was good and it writes the stdout. I have been making sure nothing was there first (this may have changed since the last crab version that I used) I need to fix in my program to make it not delete those files, but to delete files after an error has occurred. This should hopefully fix the huge amount of problems that I have been having.
