NOTE:

• python version >2.7 is required. See these post on how to install python2.7 in CentOS
• If you receive an SSL error message when running pip, you might need to update ndg-httpsclient : pip install --upgrade ndg-httpsclient
• If you receive an error when running pip about 'bpython', install using: pip install http://bpython-interpreter.org/releases/bpython-0.9.7.1.tar.gz
