- if status not empty, it has to be Installed, Manufacturing, Accepted, Rejected, Stored, Withdrawn, For repair, Hors service provisoire, Installed, Out-of-order
Steps
- Status: mandatory if Result and Completed On are filled
- Status: if not empty, has to be one of: Done, Pending, Cancelled
- Completed On: mandatory if Status Done or Cancelled
- Completed On: should be empty, when Status not Done or Cancelled
- Completed On: if not empty - should be valid date (dd-MM-yyyy)
- Completed On: might not be before Excel creation date
- Comments: length might not be longer than 2000
- Executed by: length might not be longer than 40
- Result: mandatory when Status is Done
- Result: if not empty, has to be one of: Ok, Not Ok, Cancelled
- Result doc: if 6 or 7 digits, should be valid EDMS document
- Result doc: if not 6 or 7 digits, file names should be separated by ";", and should exist in the ZIP file
- Standard Step ID: mandatory if Status, Result, Completed On or Result doc filled
- Standard Step ID: should start with step number
- Standerd Step ID: might not be longer than 40
NCRs
- if 6 or 7 digits should be valid EDMS document
- otherwise, file names should be separated by ";", and should exist in the ZIP file
Sub equipment
- ID might not be longer than 24 characters
All file names should valid as files to be uploaded into the EDMS.
Deep validation
Before the data can be imported into the
MTF, it has to be validated with PL/SQL procedures.
