Muon Detector Performance Paper 2010 Resolution

DT

Note: the DT calibration has been updated in 3.9.3 (GT: GR_R_39X_V3).This improves the resolution and also the accuracy of segment position/direction.

Also, a bug a bug affecting the Z position of segments in some chambers has been fixed in the same release.
