Pre-started sessions to be assigned to new clients

• the system should make sure that a given number of idle, virgin sessions are available for new clients
• the total number of sessions (assigned or virgin) should not exceed a maximum number specified by the administrator (directive xpd.maxsessions 10 )
• idle sessions should not be subject to timeouts

Coordinator should know about local log files

• The location should be communicated as soon as available as a part of the setup
• The coordinato should be able to stream back the log file at any time

Coordinator should know about last action done by proofserv

• Whenever a new action is taken a descrition string should be sent to the local coordinator
• The string should be updated at each regular check triggered by the timer
  • An object with the current content of the output should also be streamed to the coordinator

Administrator interface

• A GUI or WEB portal to monitor, control, interact with a running cluster
  • Modify user priorities
  • Temporarly block some users
  • Migrate users from one master to the other

Redirection at master (check what proofd does in this respect)

Effective sandbox sharing between masters using the PLB

• Needs to design an effective metadata structure to share efficiently the information among the masters
  • The goal is to have clients transparently accessing their sandbox information on a cluster where a set of masters are hidden behind a common alias (entry point)
