1. ORCA 8_9_1, which was made "for FAMOS", is the starting point of all new development.

2. The next version, currently in the works, is ORCA 8_9_2 -- which is, loosely speaking, 8_9_1 debugged (for the digi and DST writers plus some additional calo changes that had gone into 8_12). The first step here will be a prerelease (8_9_2_pre5). This will be checked by FAMOS (Patrick) who will give the green light for the final making of ORCA 8_9_2.

3. With ORCA 8_9_2 Patrick can then release FAMOS 1_3_2

4. At that point the next step is to add (or enable, if as some people say it's already in) the HCAL geometry choice. This will result in ORCA 8_15. This is the "break with the past".

5. There are, then, two additions to be made, starting from ORCA 8_15: the TeV muons and tracking with overlap detectors. We also need to review the changes and need for the soft leptons (this is a pending item for btau).
