Usefull commands to work in Athena for TRT digitization

Initial copy of all packages related to the TRT Argon implementation:

# setup Athena and make current folder workingFolder
asetup 19.1.0,slc6,64,here

# copy packages
cmt co -r TRT_PAI_Process-00-00-39 InnerDetector/InDetSimUtils/TRT_PAI_Process
cmt co -r TRT_Digitization-01-00-08 InnerDetector/InDetDigitization/TRT_Digitization
cmt co -r TRT_TR_Process-00-00-47 InnerDetector/InDetSimUtils/TRT_TR_Process                     # implementation of Argon in Simulation level
cmt co -r TRT_DriftTimeSimUtils-00-00-27  InnerDetector/InDetSimUtils/TRT_DriftTimeSimUtils      # Argon RT tables

# find all local packages in current folder
setupWorkArea.py                                                                                                                            

cd WorkArea/cmt

# configure packages (need to do when one add/remove packages or structure of package was changed)
cmt br cmt config
source setup.sh

# compile all packages
cmt br cmt make
