How to evaluate on going IT Projects

Individual Evaluation Spreadsheet

• On going IT projects will be evaluated by each member of the Project Portfolio Review using the evaluation form that can be found in /it-pmo/PMO/Project Catalogue/On going IT Projects 2022.
• Each member should download and submit one copy individually to the PMO
• The evaluation form contains a set of criteria with their description and how to rate it.
• The sum of the ratings of all criteria is calculated automatically in the TOTAL column.

Aggregated Evaluation Spreadsheet

• When PPR members submit their individual evaluations, a copy will be stored under /it-pmo/PMO/Project Catalogue/On going IT Projects 2022, renaming the file to on-going-it-projects-eval-form-<ppr-id>.xslx, where =ppr-id matches the column name in the aggregated evaluation form for each PPR representative.
• The TOTAL column will be then copied in the aggregated evaluation spreadsheet.
• The final rating will be calculated with the sum of all evaluations provided by PPR members.

Next steps

• Feedback from PMO and PPR Chair on the criteria and the evaluation form by week of 22-26th August 2022
• Final version by 31st August 2022
• Distribution to PPR members by 1st September 2022
• Deadline for submission of the evaluation forms by 20th September 2022
• Final results to be presented by 26th September 2022 at the next PPR
